How to Play Noillirk

Quick start: your Daily flight

Open Noillirk Daily and select Begin Flight. Everyone receives the same seven questions for the current Beijing calendar day. Each round opens with a short preview, followed by 25 seconds to type one answer.

1. Read the entire prompt and any qualifier.
2. Think of a familiar example that fits the exact category.
3. Type one clear name and press Ascend or Enter.
4. Review the accepted answer and points, then select Next · Ascend.

Common answers earn higher scores

Noillirk rewards familiar valid answers. Each prompt has a reviewed list ordered by editorial familiarity. The first accepted answer earns 100 points; later entries earn fewer points. A recognized spelling variant or alias earns the same points as the standard name.

The ordering is a game-design choice. It does not report a live survey, player response percentage, or universal fact about popularity. A familiar word must still fit the prompt. Submit one answer rather than a sentence or a list of alternatives.

Rejected answers, passes and timeouts

If your entry is outside the reviewed list, you can try another while the clock runs. Pass or wait for the timer when you are stuck. A pass or timeout earns zero points and still advances the journey. The answer window begins after the preview; feedback has no running answer timer.

Choose Daily or Unlimited

Daily contains seven shared questions and resets at midnight in Beijing (UTC+8). Its initial 100-day schedule contains 700 distinct prompts. Your first ranked flight for a day can be resumed; replay with Practice Flight when you want another attempt.

Noillirk Unlimited shuffles its own 400-question bank. Your ranked score is saved after every finished round. An unfinished ranked flight resumes with the same private player identity. Practice flights can be replayed and never enter rankings.

Score and altitude measure different things

Points measure accepted answers. Altitude follows completed rounds. Finish all seven Daily rounds to reach the sun and rainbow at 8,000 metres, even if you passed or timed out. Unlimited continues above that first seven-stage journey.

Use Sound and Motion controls to suit your preference. Reduced-motion system settings are respected. On a desktop, press Enter to submit; on a phone, use the Ascend button.

Leaderboards, history and streaks

Noillirk leaderboards show generated Guest aliases. Daily enters after seven rounds; Unlimited updates after each finished round. Today uses the Beijing day, while All time adds each player’s best ranked flight from each day. Practice never replaces a ranked score.

History lists flights under your current identity. Completed ranked Daily flights count toward Daily streaks. Keep site cookies to preserve your guest identity. Clearing browser data does not automatically erase server-side records.

More themed worlds

The mode directory retains the themed chapters from our Krillion project, including Books, Movies, Basketball, Food and Geography. These extra worlds keep their original rarity scoring: less expected valid answers earn more. The Noillirk Daily and Unlimited buttons always open the familiar-answer flight.
